Smart Tuition makes it incredibly easy for you to:
 
  • Set up a payment plan that works for you
    • Choose to receive your invoices monthly, or
    • set up automatic payments via ACH from your bank account or credit card
 
  • Access your account online 24/7
    • Review account history, see transaction details, and print monthly invoices
    • Edit your contact information 
    • Make one-time recurring payments
 
  • Pay your tuition bill from your cell phone 
    • Smart Tuition has apps available for both iPhone and Android phones
 
 
  • Receive payment and follow-up reminders via text and e-mail
    • Receive e-mail and text reminders and follow-ups before due dates to ensure on-time payment
 
  • Speak with Customer Service 7 days a week
    • The Parent Contact Center can be called to answer questions and take payments Monday through Friday 6:00am - 12:00am CST as well as Saturday and Sunday from 8:00am - 4:30pm
 
  • Make cash payments at several neighborhood locations when it is convenient for you on weekends and holidays
    • Rockford locations that take cash payments: Family Dollar and CVS
 
  • Who should I contact if I have questions regarding my bill?
    • You can call Smart tuition Parent Help Center at 1.888.868.8828
    • An agent is available 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
    • Be sure to have your Family ID readily available for the quickest service.
 
  • What if I think my bill is incorrect?
    • If you disagree with anything on your bill, contact the Parent Help Center at 1.888.868.8828. Smart Tuition is not authorized to modify the amount without CLS's approval; Smart Tuition and CLS will work together to correct any errors.
 
  • What will be included on my bill?
    • The tuition and fees received by Smart Tuition include tuition, retreat fees (middle school and high school).
    • Expenses such as athletic fees, yearbook, and field trips can be paid to CLS.
 
  • Where can I make payments?
    • Smart Tuition provides several convenient ways to make your payments, even the same day they are due. For all methods, be sure to have your Family ID available.

        • Smart Tuition for Parents app available for iPhone and Android devices
        • Call 1.888.868.8828 to transfer money from you checking or saving account or to use a credit/debit card
        • Cash is accepted at any CVS or Family Dollar
 
  • Can I pay by check?
    • Yes. Please mail payment 7-10 days before your due date, and be sure to include your Family ID in the memo section of the check.
    • Checks can be mailed to: Smart Tuition PO BOX 54228 Los Angeles, CA 90054
 
  • What credit cards will be accepted?
    • VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
    • Please note a 2.65%convenience fee will apply to all payments via credit card. You can avoid this fee by paying online using your checking or savings account information. 
 
  • Can I use a bank's online bill pay service?
    • Yes. We advise you to set up your online bill pay to occur at least 7 days prior to the due date to ensure the check is received and processed by the due date.
