Through daily Bible classes conducted at all grade levels, the spiritual life component is an exciting and positive part of the Christian Life experience. Our student body comes from over 140 different churches and 36 different denominations. The principles taught and modeled at CLS are built upon the inerrancy of Scripture, so that students can develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Weekly Chapels

As a ministry of Rockford First, Christian Life Schools partners with KidsLife Director & CLS Children’s Pastor, Betsy Frost, each week for interactive chapels. Students in grades 1-5 will engage in captivating environments filled with Bible lessons, worship, games, fun and relationships that will develop their faith, character, and purpose in life. Director Betsy Frost and her entire team create settings that not only enable strong spiritual growth, but strong friendships with other students. Every week there will be a new, fun and creative experience designed just for kids as they grow in their walk with God. Our desire is to build a well-rounded spiritual foundation for children so they can be successful in every part of their growing relationship with God.

Each chapel focuses on teaching children the 3 BASIC TRUTHS every child should embrace according to what Jesus modeled in Luke 2:52, "And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature and in favor with God and man."

    These 3 basic truths are:

  1. I need to make the WISE choice.
  2. I can TRUST GOD no matter what.
  3. I should treat OTHERS the way I want to be treated.
